The process of creating my portfolio website with code
The Challenge
Whilst it is not usually too common to include your own portfolio into the projects page within your portfolio I felt as though I needed to include this. After taking a break from coiding predmoninantly in HTML and CSS I had forgotten alot about how it all worked. As a result, I felt as though this was the perfect opportunity to get back into.
The Solution
After looking into some tutorials online it was all coming back to me however I knew there were a lot of gaps in my skills. After receving some help from my class mate Shane Ducksbury, a very talented Software Engineer we were able to set up my files and eventually get my site published by connecting my domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare in order for others to view the site.
The Delivery
By using Microsoft Visual code studio and Github I was able to follow some tutorials and ultimately create the basic template and layout of this site as you see before you. I am very pleased with how this has turned out and I continue develop my skills with code.
